This imaginary friend was created by a young silly little girl who would soon grow up to be a very funny comedian. This five headed clown was created to bring laughter and joy to children and the imaginary friends of Foster's. Their hand puppet Joe is more or less the opposite from the rest of the clowns, as he is more dead paned and sarcastic as opposed to the rest who are wacky and silly. This is one group of imaginary friends who knows how to be good friends with almost everyone at Foster's except for Bloo.
