Description
A preview of a larger piece, featuring Paul Atreides and Chani from Dune, one of my favorite Sci-Fi series. I decided to make this shortcut preview to more or less asses the mood for the rest of the piece. Lately I'm feeling very impatient with my work!, wanna do so much.Related content

Oh yes, that's the good stuff. The Kyle MacLachlan resemblance is great, but I love the fact that you gave Chani the skin tone and hair color that she has in the books.ย
Also, I'm curious, did you do any design work on the stillsuits before doing this piece? I noticed that they're not quite the same as the Giger design from the movie or the design from either miniseries.

The suits weren't directly referenced. I drew from imagination using memory impressions of the movie (moisture reserve "compartments"), the series (tubes and cloth, though not necessarily in the same configuration) and what I imagined from the books, wish I'm currently reading yet again...I usually use reference as inspiration (personal work and excepting vital for recognition details), and allow myself to re-imagine things a little bit, to immerse myself with the piece, having fun.

The stillsuits look quite nice and realistic. And i like Paulยดs resemblance with Kyle MacLachlan.
