Hmmm... I always liked Death Cab for Cutie, Copeland, The Postal Service, Straylight Run, and Modest Mouse. Malaysian bands? Dunno any either. But I do recommend you check out these Filipino bands: Up Dharma Down, Taken by Cars, Drip, Daydream Cycle. All female vocals. Dunno why, but great indie bands here usually have females as vocals.

Nice! Interesting. I didn't know most of the bands but it's all very chilling(thank's to youtube I found out^^), what I like! Good for drawing. Since I sang in a punk rock band, I hear more punk/rock/metal influenced music(which may not be so good for drawing but for pogo dancingXD). Some bands I like: pennywise, the distillers, a perfect circle, the smiths, daft punk, bob dylan, red hot chilli peppers, misfits... there's just to much good music on this planet, I love to discover new stuff!

YEAH! EXACTLY! I listen to those bands whenever I draw. Happy that you liked it. You sang? Cool. I play guitars for an indie/punk/experimental band. Hey, I listen to daft punk, red hot, and APC too! Haha. Yeah, it'd take you an hour to enumerate all of the great bands out there.

We had gigs. This and that. But we hadn't have any major gigs where in there are lotsa crowds. We play mostly on bars. The underground scene.
