Description
Since I have a lot of pay to use bases that some of you can't really afford I figured making a free base would be a nice thing to do. The base is among my favorites so I hope others will like it too.
The same rules for P2U bases apply for this base, except you're getting this one for free. 
For those of you who are unable to open ZIP folders, here are all the files:

Oh, I see. The only good solution I can come up with is trying to use the transparent .png file with the program. Hopefully it has layer options so you will have no trouble with it! Sorry for your troubles.
