My ancient version of AfterEffects isn't perfect at motion-tracking, but I think it will be good enough to use.

The last second was rough, but it was pretty good motion tracking. My past experience always had some kind of complication come about it. Mainly because my shots didn't have suitable reference points to use. :T

It's a very neat idea, but indeed, you need a better version of After Effects, or do it manually frame by frame, which can be a pain. If you purchase a monthly subscription with Creative Cloud, you might be able to get the job done. You have other options, that's for sure
