Actually, I think the "sparkling" is rain, but only visible in the light because it's night.

My first thought when I saw this was Habbo Hotel(it's like an online community where you get to design your own hotelroom and live on a hotel among other members ^^)! I really thought that you were like designer for them or something ^^

You really outdid yourself with this one... 
Have you heard of "The Musicians of Bremen"? [link] It was adapted into a musical story called "Os Saltimbancos" which absolutely every child in Brazil grew up with. This is one of the stories the animation company in Brazil most definitely wants to do. If you want to really impress them see if you can do an illustration for when I speak to them later this week.
Also please let me know if there's any chance you can help me with the pitches I'm supposed to hand in on Thursday. One idea in particular reminds me of the Moomins and I'm sure you'd be great for it.
