Another Wayward drawing. I'm liking this one more than last nights. I'll need to take some time and really think about the details and construction of his robot-arm and peg leg. Maybe he could use a headpiece to make up for his lost ear. Like for instance my older design from 2009: [link]Hmmm...

The old design showed a bit more refined personality, while this one is more comedic and folksy. (a bit more likable too, I'd say

Thanks Sabrina :3!! Usually I'll noodle something for so long and before I know it--I've got a mass amount of details and additions ruining the flow of all my other lines

I find a lot of people tend to get lost in details, and some people like to hide behind a bad drawing with loads of detail or over colouring. Sometimes a nice simple cartoony drawing is best. 
It's not that details are bad, but seem better suited for more illustrative pieces than cartoony.
