As for constructive advice, his upper torso doesn't look as finished as the lower torso. Perhaps define the muscles below the pecs a little bit and then imitate a little bit of the shading and lighting from the abs but a little more shallow to give his chest a little more depth.

Thank you, yes that torso area is a weak spot for me atm, I didn't even realise how much until I tried this, but I'll get the hang of it, do a few studies I think, thanks for the critique^^
