I fill like if this is supposed to be a corrupt version of Super Saiyan god transformation then should the color of his hair not be blackish red to match his evil ki instead of rose/pink, Just a thought.

Actually, you're all wrong. It's due to the internal soul with the high feeling of justice that caused Super Saiyan Rose to spark upon reaching a large enough strength, also due to the fact that it wasn't actually Goku's soul using Goku's body, the body most likely reacted oddly towards Zamasu's soul, and thus the form was altered in transformation. This does not make it a counterpart of Super Saiyan Blue or Super Saiyan God, clearly being way stronger than both in many cases.

Actually it's confirmed in the Manga that Super Saiyan Rose is a variation of Super Saiyan Blue. It's different since the user is a deity instead of a mortal like Goku and Vegeta. Also Rose is never proven to give a stronger boost than Blue, it's just that Black had a stronger base strength.
