PP, I thought about that you know & the answer was the image itself said that to me. I was going for a tute but got a bit side-tracked with an idea & I kinda went with that. What inspired the image aside from the tute I guess, was Mum being rushed to hospital yet again, me trying to get the mowing done before it rained again (didn't get it done) & waiting for a tradesman to turn up, fielding phone calls about work when I am having a day off...whilst desperately trying to get some student assessments marked & reported.

Short version is I felt panicked & it showed in the work.

Also the work looked empty without the text. Text was a trial to see if it would work. I liked it so it stayed.

WOW... with all that going on, the piece is aptly named. It's a great image, it's very unique. The text turned out well and it is very well done.

Thank you, PP. The text was quite a surprise. I duped the layer & then ran a small Twist with Zoom but still had the other layer showing. I kept a text layer to ask hubby his opinion on the "fitness" of the text. I liked the look, so I kept it & didn't ask him. He hasn't seen the final but he liked what he saw in progress.

Text worked quite well. I could try to write a tute on it if you like? It was the Twist with Zoom. I didn't write down the settings but should be able to replicate it. Ummm, I think I LRZ it too.

Chrisco, I am not able to replicate exactly what I did but I'll work on getting as close as possible. I'll post it on Fans when I have it ready.

Gee I hate it when I get something I really like & then forget how I did it!

I was quite surprised with the outcome. I wish I'd have done this one at uni. We had to do images to convey feelings...

I think last night I must have had sparks coming off me...I was in a bit of a state. So many things required my attention & I just wanted to do the things on my list. Today is a good day.
