You only need 4 blocks of iron and a pumpking.

How you make them appear?

They appear when you are very close to a Village
And the Iron Golem appear 1 for every 14 villagers (more or less)

The problem with te villagers is... they have your arms with inclination and the program I use don't make inclinations in the models
