Spring training show for Colorado and a grumpy wet Aiden :3

True to form the irish weather was was up the left and causing havoc at the annual equifestival held in Cavan, luckily enough for the staff of RDS it was only a short drive down the road, no one likes driving in storms but this didnt stop them feeling the full force of nature.
The abundance of umbrellas and people in coats that closely resembled plastic bags sent the skittish stallion in all directions, with Aiden and Kieran holding on desperately to the end of the rope while trying to throw a saddle over his back."Hold that damn horse still Kieran!" Aiden snarled through chattering teeth as the wind howled and rain pelted them both in the face. Kieran was too busy trying to stay on his feet to fire a snide remark back at Aiden as Colorado went up on his back legs yet again.
"That animal is bloody dangerous!" Growled a short fat man as he stumbled out of the way of Colorados large, swinging hind end. With that a tired and angry Aiden snapped, dropping the saddle in a large puddle and marching off after the man leaving Kieran tugging on the half tacked stallion. It took he and Aoife a further 15 minutes to calm the stallion down enough to get the drenched saddle on, " You're lucky you're talented mister " she whispered in the stallions ear as he stood totally chilled now that he'd has his fun, "because you really are a horror you know that?" With that Aiden stormed round the corner, bad mood in full swing "Couldnt find that fat toad! I hope he falls in a puddle up to his waist and cant get out!"
Once in the ring Colorado and Aiden flew around, slipping and sliding at every corner but managing to remain upright and leave all poles untouched. Aoife couldnt help but feel the SJI should have cancelled the show, but was grateful they hadnt, no matter how bad the going, the horse needed practice before his trip to Austria in the summer. A mud splattered pair strode out, Colorado with his head held high and prancing, "This horse is far too happy with himself" Aiden said, almost cracking a smile before managing to restrain himself, "Lets go home".
