Commission for PoisonousVixen
...I like painting backgrounds way too much for my own good.
The customer requested a few changes with regards to colour. I still rather like the original version's colours, so I'm posting it up here.
The edited image, as approved by the commissioner, can be viewed here!
Really don't think I need a mature warning on this, but if you think so...eh, let me know.

Haha, I'm really awful at drawing humans, but most of that is because I don't enjoy drawing them...and as such, I don't practise drawing them.

fffff I've spazzed over this already but WOW do I love this! It's so beautiful and serene! I love all the pretty yellow-green foliage EVERYWHERE. The grass is all lovely and the leaves are all lovely and I love those mountain things across the creek! And good lord look at all that detail in the TREE! o__o LOOK at it! SO many teeny tiny detail lines! That must have taken you FOREVER! Plus the trees in the back are detailed too ffff look at the texture WOW. Plus the blues in the water are just lovely! And all the tiny stars that filter in with the sunlight mmmmmm LOVE IT.
And I LOVE the details on the character! I love how you did the fur clumps! ..... so many fur clumps *__*, Plus the hair is all whispy and WOW do I love the anatomy of that torso! Steller job, love!

Yeah, I think I like this one better too! This is how I originally painted it - the character's colours reflecting some of the background colours (As happens in real life) but...the commissioner said that the colours were wrong. So I had to edit to something which was...rather unaccurate, but they were happy! That's what matters in the end, I think!

Absolutely gorgeous :] Your anatomy, shading, and background abilities all combine to make this a wonderful piece. The hands look a little iffy, but hands are freaking difficult. xD And I"m sure you'll improve at hands just as well as you've improved with everything else.

Yeah, my hand drawings always look better when I draw them in sketch form and close up (See here: [link] [link] ) All the detail and hard work gets lost in smaller sizes, so they look pretty crap.

These are amazingly elegant colours, and the details in the fur and grass are just amazing! I disagree with the idea of the mature filter. There is nothing tentative about this character, even if she is nude.

Wow this is lovely!! Fantastic job with the anatomy and I love how graceful the character looks. The background is gorgeous! It looks so peaceful and untouched. Love how you've the sunlight and the light on the water and grass. The grass looks like it's full of life and so realistic. It really does look like the garden of Eden. Fantastic job
