You really captured his likeliness well, and you certainly do have a talent for drawing budgies. I can't get over how cute and fluffy he looks. That big yellow beak looks awesome, especially since it's such a familiar sight to me. He loves looking at me and giving me kisses. I like the line art style for the feathers, it looks very nice and true to budgies. The cheek spots turned out great, and I really like how you drew the barring. Nice colours too, the blue background definitely works for him. All in all, this is a lovely drawing, thank you!
