I'll try to generally explain this as best as I can.
Autumn is coming near, and around it's corner is a new year.
People prepare themselves for changes in their life, just like the season changes. Things die off. (-pokes flowers-)
People often re-examine thier lives, which is what the girl in this photo is doing. But in a literal sense.
The rest of it is made up of symbols for other things. I hope you can create your own meaning for it.
