these are illustrations for a book that'll be published in january...
anyway, if it's only for a school project, I think you can take it and use it event without my approval
just... don't use it for anything else.

Great work on the waves , they look fantastic! If you`re doing a series of illustraitons from the orginal novel , are you doing the part when Candlewick and Pinocchio have turbans on their heads to cover their donkey ears? That was my favorite part.

They're not from the original novel, but for an edition for very, very young children (from 1 to 5 years, i suppose). They cut a lot of parts, and... you know, Candlewick was not even in the images I had to draw.
Anyway, Candlewick absolutly ROCKS. Pinocchio is not Pinocchio without Candlewick, so i put him in the illustration that shows when they're going to the "Land of Pleasure" (in italian is 'paese dei balocchi').

Candlewick does ROCK. As you said , I can not imagine reading Pinocchio without him in the plot or watching the films.
