Ahhh, this coloring job sucks. I was rather rushed this time. >_< Bear with me. I've got a lot of art going on, so I did this pretty quickly. Anyway, here we have a comic starring the wonderful Losk as our tour guide. Welcome. As it might be hard to read, I'll post here the dialogue, as well as a few extra details.

Panel 1: Hello. My name is Losk. I am resident of the 12th and 14th floors. I will be your guide today through our ‘wonderful’ establishment.
Panel 2:This is our wonderful elevator. However, it only goes to floors 1, 13, and 0. Beware. All the buttons are labeled 13 and set at random.
Panel 3: This here is our landlady. Her name is Surname. She’ll take your money. Right now, as you can see behind me, she’s dealing with the monster living in the basement. Yes. That is a machine gun. I’d stay out of her way. She’ll come up again sometime soon.
Panel 4: This is one half of the stairwell. As you can see, there are no steps. This is the slide side. At each floor, there is a station of sleds that you may take. However, we do ask that you return them. Also, we are not liable for any injuries garned from this activity. Do not try walking up the slide side. You will get hurt. Period.
Panel 5: Here we have the 45th floor. This is the location of the bathrooms. There are bathrooms on every floor, but this is a floor of only bathrooms and one kitty litter box. Men’s rooms ar eon the left, woman’s rooms are on the right. Please don’t get them mized up, you will never live it down.
Panel 6: This concludes the tour. We do hope that you’ve enjoyed it. Please come back and give us all your money. We have an affiliate just down the streat. Feel free to visit DirBurgers. The cheapest burgers around.

For those that are interested, I have a bit more information on the things that are in the panels that Losk didn't have room to say.

Panel 2: Each time you step into this elevator, you have a 1/90 chance of ending up in the basement, a 1/90 chance of ending up on floor one, and, well, a 88/90 chance of ending up on the thriteenth floor.
Panel 3: Ignore the landlady for now. She's just going crazy. As for the monster I mentioned, beware if you lived on the first floor. The monster has a tendancy to creep up through the stove and make some evil sounds. It seems to not like DirBurgers, so go ahead and throw those down your stove to shoo it off. It's not always in the basement, though. Sometime when you end up in the basement, there's a TV that never turns off and racks up a huge number of money owed on the bills... As well, there's a cat that sometimes drags it's litter box down there. Just ignore it. It's mostly harmless. The landlady will sometimes disappear down into the basement for days to combat the monster living down there, armed with only several DirBurgers, her machine gun, and a shoe. Only one, shoe. She gets very fired up, and often comes back rag-tag but victorious. Should you ever find yourself in the elevator with the door opening to the basement, there are several Dir-Burgers tacked to the walls, and a pile of shoes in the back corner. Just throw a shoe at the creature, and it should back off. If it just charges at you, hope the DirBurgers will keep it away. If they don't... thank you for your patronage.
Panel 4: This is the second half of the stairwell. Beware, though, there is a small kitten that has a tendancy to go down the stair side, rather than the slide side, in his food bowl. So if you hear a sort of high pitch squealing growing louder, our suggestion is to climb up on the rails. That's what they're there for. There is a delivery system to bring the slides back up to the 90th floor, and those inbetween, but to get back up yourself, you're going to have to walk. Enjoy your daily exercise. Hope you didn't forget anything at the bottom.
Panel 5: This is pretty self explanitory. Just don't go in the kitty's litter box. It gets a little defensive. Oh, and there a small family of cats living up here somewhere. If they start rolling by on the ceiling, just ignore them. They're mostly harmless.
Other information: Best be careful, there's no cell coverage in the entire building except for the top floor and the roof. The fire escape is best left alone, seeing as it's a bunch of stolen ladders from construction sites that were taped together and nailed to the side of the building. You're best just sledding down the stairs and out the door to get out of the building. Oh, and there are a few pillows sitting outside on the concrete to help cushion your fall when you fall over backwards trying to look up at the top of the building. Please, come stay with us some time.
