Well, the programme I use is Photoshop Elements, and the brushes can be found and downloaded here: [link]
I used Paint I and Paint II, and fixed the spacing to 1%

I usually just use Quicktime. It's usually already on most computers, and all you have to do is make a new screen recording. Then I edit it in iMovie, again because I got it for free xD
