I finally got around and coloured this! I had this poor outline waiting for me since November/December 2010!!
I coloured this last week when I was going through a really tough time. I just kinda took out this picture while bawling my eyes out and started to colour! Ha.. good thing I made this with water colours!
My tears would have ruined everything!Anyway, I wanted to make a series of Ice Cream breeds but I lost motivation a while back. I was told that making every breed in an Ice Cream Sunday would be too repetitive. So, I just dropped the idea.

I have to say I am impressed with the mastery you have of watercolors - I have such a hard time with them. Do you use cakes or tubed watercolors?
And, repetitive or not, irs an adorable project! xD

My petss are massive cheer-ups for me, too. Or rather, pet, now. I'm really glad to know my comments make you happy!
I have both kinds plus the water colored pencils, but I dont seem to get a hang of them! X.X Maybe I just need more practice! And patience. I'm never patient enough to wait for them to dry.
Not much, really. I'm on holiday now, visiting home and all is good. Gotta get done with all my summer homeworck that I kind of reaallly dont wanna do but, meh, such is life! 
How 'bout you? Anything new and exiting happening?

What kind of pet do you have?
Practice, practice, practice! x3 I usually don't wait for the paint to dry.. but when I have to, I start working on another pic. I usually end up doing 3 pics at one time!
Awwrr! I hope you get that work done! I never liked homework/exams.. I'm glad I am passed that now! 
I had a dog show last Saturday. It was great! I am busy preparing for craft shows this fall (October/November) and I have many personal projects I would like to work on (All Breed Project..). Lots of sculptures to do too! Lol! My life is very art & pet oriented! Just the way I like it!
I am still dreaming of getting my Petit Bleu de Gascogne puppy next year.. But I would like to get my own house first! Yeah, just a bunch of goals and dreams I am working towards!

Currently just Nina, a dog. But I Always remember my orevious pets - Tofu, the Labrador, the 50-or-so parakeets, the monarch butterflies we'd raise once, the fish, the frog, and there were the "migeuels", the four kittens left at our house. We had thoose for about 3 months,untill they were big enough for ue to "re-direct"- and they make me happier.

You sound so busy! But also as if you really enjoy whats going on. I'm at that phase where I kind of need to know my career choice by the beggining of septmber. I just dont know what I wanna do! It could be languages related, biology related or art related. How do I even narrow it down??
Its a good thing that you hae theese goals set because you have an objective to worck towards. It gives you direction. It sounds like youre really happy right now, and that things are moving your way, eh?

School was never my thing! :/ I am working at a grooming salon and love it! 
Aww.. I remember being in the same situation as you. Animals & art have always been my thing. You can always get into University/College and stay there for a bit. I did that for a couple of years. If you are really good with biology and love working with animals you can try being a Veterinary Technician. :3 You'll know what you will want to do with your life. It just takes a little time.
Yup! So far so good for me. Those goals really are keeping me busy and like you said, they are giving me a path to follow. The only real downer right now is living with my parents.. I appreciate them very much but I need to be independant!!!
Enjoy the summer and your traveling! Only 1 1/2 months of summer left for all you students.

Yeah. 50... we used to allow them to breed. WE even tried to get the genetics right to get a purple one (we never did. We did have one, maybe 2 purple ones, but they were store bought)
Oh, I see. But It's good that you're achieving your goals, thogh. You told me you wanted a job and all. Your own house is a larger project, I'd immagine, but as long as youre worcking allready, things will be underway! DO you plan to, in the future, own a groomers or pet shop or become maybe a pro contester...?
You go! Your independance is definately important. Though you also play an important role in your surrently house, that with you managing the pets and all. Though getting a new home might not mean total independance, Since you seem to be starting off now, maybe even when you get youre own place you will need some extra help form your parents... It's been the case for my brother. He worcks and lives alone, but he still needs the extra support. On the plus side, though, you get to do all you want and Its already over half-way to freedom!
AAAAAAAH! Dodnt remind me I have to go back at some point! I just went to nthe beach, Its winter for me right now but were having warm days, so I even managed a tan line! xD (not a very strong one, but one none the less! Aww, poor oyu! I've kept you waiting? I made a massive mistake in the story telling and I had to fix it then I lost all confidence in the plot alltogether. Now I jjst dont have the time between school an well, more school to get anything done. I'm sorry about that!

I've been thinking though, she's seven already! I got her in 2004... I hadnt realized! Though moving to china did take a toll on her. She's aged, got more white fur and all.
It was. And so worth it, too! It's funny to see how beings so seemingly dull like birds can have such dynamic lives and differing personalities and intelligences.
Hahah, they are, but my theory is that being purple is not good for birdie health, as both the purples we bought died young.
Ah, well, I guess you're right in doing so for now. Curnt priority of getting out of the house, then focus on career and all. As long as you got a focus and a goal! Its expected that you would need some help until you can save some money and get on your. Feet proper. Managing your yen house is quite a task, from what I reckon.
Humming I did some research and apparently I like the combo design and journalism. Bothi diplomas work well with each ornear and I can trade design for art and still be abe to worck in alo Γ‘reas that design wikd allow me to... NeXT part of my research is finding out where. And tua os for The suggestion, I hadnt really thout of Canada, to be honest.... But touco have a point, many Good unis.Is The cost of living large?
