I've been shooting things along they're own lines lately.. when you get near to architecture the perspective begs it to be framed that way. I'm also trying to crop some of the foreground.
I'm glad I did though because I think maybe it makes the viewer see a little more drama in the image. the black and white really started to portray a more surreal image than actually existed as well. i've got another one that is less angular that seems ok as well though. A little more static but skews the perspective a little.

used to live around there..
the contrast etc is ok..
still there is one big no.. why is the view so f-ed up?? the content is very static and calm while the frame just kills.. what do you want to tell through this??

yeah i know where your coming from, Scott... age does something for the built environment that nothing else can.. as an architect i try my hardest to somehow capture this essence but only time can make a building better. Buildings are like people that gather stories and wisdom as they grow and experience.
