Description
As part of the July 4th party, Jenny has been pressed in to parading around as the Statue of Liberty. Adorn with the spiked crown, she holds the tablet (Ipad) and torch (ice cream cone with orange tennis ball). After hours of "celebrating", she pleads with her mother to end her performance but to no avail. Jimmy, true to his scouting ethics, jumps into action to defend Lady Liberty and seize another chance to tie up his mom.Related content

The fireworks themselves are harmless, but her neighbor, the old retired gent next door, will peek over the fence to see what's going on.

Jimmy and the guests probably noticed Jenny's plight. Seeing mom tied up was accepted by all who witnessed the event. If Jimmy chose to also tie up Jenny, it might have been viewed as unsportsman like. Part of the fun of tying Jenny and her friends was the risk of mom walking in during the process. With mom already bound and gagged, the thrill factor is not there. Jenny will fall prey on another day, which she knows will happen.

Haha, well done! It seems like mom's getting a truly American experience about what happens when you push those under you around too much!
I wonder if they'll they'll be merciful enough to untie her once all of the friends, family, and other guests have had their fill of laughs at her expense and left for the night at the conclusion of the party... It would be just as easy to leave her there tied up all night so that she really takes in the meaning of the day - easier in fact, since it means they don't have to undo any of those tricky knots!

The smart move was for Jimmy to have his grandma untie his mom just before everyone was ready to eat. While waiting in line for hotdogs and hamburgers, mom had time to remember being oppressed as a kid at times and accepted her temporary restraining order.
