It wasn't long after the discovery of earth by the greater galactic community that some began to see it as a backwater haven. One such individual was he Agsylian outlaw Omykron. At first earth's heroes tried the typical methods of dealing with him, punch and punch hard. But it soon became apparent that those methods would not work and more indirect tactics would be needed.

In addition to possessing the natural Agsylian power of flight, Omykron is a master of the practice of Quwelith-Um, which gives him a high degree of kinetic energy control allowing him to increase or decrease the force of an object in motion. He can render even a super-human blow harmless while also being able to level a building with a flick of his finger.
