this is so great... I would have commented on the myspace image, but I felt out of place. Not sure why. Great art taking residence in a myspace image index? Maybe it's because everyone I know makes fun of myspace.
However, now that you've dragged me back over here, I've updated and decided to take a closer look at your things as well.
This picture is very mysterious to me... I think a thousand things when I see it, and I'm not exactly sure what even one of those things is.
Part of me looks at it purely asthetically, and likes it just because it's a nice compostion with interesting colors.
I also look at it and see what blasphemy8 pointed out: the facelift headline. What is a facelift? Artificially changing the makeup of your face. What is a purple lady with white curly hair? Artificial.
On another note, I see all the black and white in the background, and then relate it to the black and white in your arms and hair.
I almost feel like you're in purgatory. Those soot-covered arms are tring to drag you down below, and your hair is catching a lot of light, as if it wants to go upwards. However, your body hasn't picked either direction, and you're stuck.
That's what I think of what I look at this.

I love the metalic skin, as if saying that it takes something that fake looking to look perfect, and the blonde - because of course blondes are seen as the uber sexy ones according to media, which brings us nicely round to the newspapers and all the false things they say - Girls must be skinny, men must have muscle, Your boobs should be size 36DD ect ect and to me that's what this picture represents - how falsely and fakely we represent ourselves to the world - obviously over exagerated witht he metalic skin and bright blonde/white wig - becaus eof pressure put on us by the media...maybe. Well, that's my concept on the whole thing.
Probably just confused you though as my tendency to ramble doesn't help things!
