Description Few helicopters are as distinctive as the Mil Mi-24 "Hind".

A common attack and troop transport helicopter. Despite its age it is still flown and deployed by Air Forces around the world - this one is in Luftwaffe markings. Even the USAF has at some point operated four of these! I don't know what happened to them though.

Yeah I like Soviet / Russian aircraft. They don't build very friendly looking machines.

Well, it's still in active duty in many places around the world - so not just was!

I'm not sure but I think that they are still operational and USAF is using them for...something important...
