Well, here it is for the most part!
As you probably have already notice there are a few minor things wrong with it, but since I don't know when I will be able to work on it again and resubmit this is what is done..
hb, 4b and white charcoal pencils. Q-tips.

Yeah, there's something wrong about it. Are you drawing following photo or something? Because if you are following, usually your drawing will gone askew once one of the element had been done wrong a bit...But still, your skill is goo, so just give attention on the positions of components.

Wow, did you do it in pencil or charcoal pencil? It looks like charcoal pencil. Which is most impressive, because it's harder to get in the tiny details with that medium, unless you're working big. Anyways, great work. The eyes are the best part, they seem almost alive! +fav!

Ok it's happening to me again..
I feel like his eyes are looking in two different directions. Although, I am on the same computer I was on last time I thought that about the Hermy drawing.
Anyhoo, i think this is fantastic! you did a really great job with the shading, etc... his mouth is just perfect.

Generally well done: realistic and similar (I do not know how to describe exactly, but... it could be more similar). Good work on hair and its shine, right proportional shading (just on his jaw seems to be too strong comapring to the rest of the face. It makes the shape of his cheek very rough, even too rough), good vision of all the face elements (especially nose and lips owing to great shading on them). Is not the pupil in his right eye bigger than the one in left eye (even including the perspective) ? Also the iris of the right eye seems to be too dark comparing to the left one.
Anyway, I like it, and I know how charcoal is hard to use.
