ok this is stunning cos i knew who it was instantaneously. nice job on the shading and the hair looks very fluid, its great, do you know what I mean? very realistic, although perhaps some of the contours of her face are too emphasised? But that may be just your style, in which case ignore me! Great draw though

Thanks! She was basically an experiment picture, going beyond what I have done before. Also, I drew her after a year or so of not drawing, so I wasn't really back in the swing. I have been thinking of redoing her now, though. . but that is on a big list of many things I want to draw.

Thanks! It was the first LotR character drawing I did and one of the first portraits done after a L O N G break from drawing. But my skill is improving, so I am thinking of redoing her, but I am pleased with the hair myself....it took forever!
