black sugar and spit---
a concept that i'm still trying to figure out. i think i ingested enough sugar tonight to bake a cake with, but i'm not done yet.
and i'm pretty sure my tounge will be black for awhile yet.

Bringing a personal sense to the picture this could portray a smoker. You said "I gots the black lung" and with the black.. I being a smoker find this photo incredibly moving. It makes you think more about the effects of it. . .
