More Kid Hawke! (I've been doing a lot of art studies and what not.) but I still intend on doing another kid Hawke comic installment.(this is what I was foolishly doing instead of playing the ME3 demo)

Whatever the reason for their fight, Carver is being smart. Lol, looks like he's trying to knock Hawke out, without seriously hurting her by using the blade.
Using the Pommel of his sword to knock her out, mages have to be conscious to use their spells, no 
Lol, it goes along with a line I heard from Lord of the rings, from Aragorn; "Do not let him speak... he will put a spell on us. We must be quick!!" That's what made me think of this pic.
Knock her out before she can cast a single spell, Carver!!

I guess Carver took the literal meaning when shouted to his sister right before the fight: "I'm gonna pommel you!"
That's exactly what he's going to hit her with in this situation
