Well his left eye is solid purple and on his right hand there is a very realistic eye

The purple is the fluid showing in his "eye", like what is going through his tail. It's kind of like blood. That eye is missing so the scientist replaced it with something else. It still works the same as a regular eye just isn't his original one, like the one on the right. Which is why the one on the right has the sclera. The eyes on the hands are not actual "eyes" like humans have. They work more toward sensing heat, and are kind of like eyespots. They can close however, when not in use. They are also there to help deceive the enemy into thinking he has more eyes, and intimidation. Also even if someone did take out the eyes on his face the heat sensing ones are there for backup.Β

Those are also not his original arms they were built, his original function was to be a weapon so objects on him goes toward forwarding that purpose. Β
