Description Cryolophosaurus meaning "cold crest lizard" is a extinct species of large theropod dinosaur from the clade neotheropod ( new theropod ) that lived during the early Jurassic period of antarctica about 199.3 to 182.7 million years ago, it was the second and first theropod dinosaur that was discovered and named in antarctica, it's striking features is it's unusual crest, giving it a pompadour appearance and earned it the nickname "elvisaurus".

evidence shown that cryolophosaurus had a cannibalistic behavior, where it's holotype had been found with many scattered and several shed theropod teeth nearby.

It lived in antarctica that was once a tropical rainforest teeming with life.

I imagined and drew what ancient antarctica looked like in my mind, I tried to draw a foggy conifer forest, as you can see, the cryolophosaurus in this situation is crossing the river, and do my best to draw the texture.
