well, I've seen somthing like this, I only know one way, you cant download GIMP, another drawing program-it's free, then you open the the running animation and open the layers and if you know how to use photoshop you would sorta get the idea, I'm sure you can find totourial for making GIMP animation somewhere

on help, it would link you to a totourial and you open the picture as Layers if you did'nt download this one and you would know if you had photoshop!! and then save it as a gif
