I thought Grimmjow was supposed to be a panther. Isn't that what Pantera means? Panther King? It's a really good picture, though, they look awesome!

Have you ever read Bleach wiki. Pantera is a genus on the Felidae family (yes, biology). The Pantera genus resume in 4 big cats: Tiger, Lion, Jaguar and Leopard. If you read his last name "Jaguer" means Jaguar is some language and I'm still researching to find out. That's why I put Jaguar and not Pantera. (People confuses it a lot). Any other questions, searchon wikipedia or any other related websites about the animal Jaguar and the Pantera genus.

Yes, but I think Tite Kubo used the concept of Jaguar to create him (at least that looks like for me)
I thought first that he was like a panther but after reading Bleach wiki and found out about the panther genus, my mind cleared.
I'm kind of a geek on this because I RP him on Tumblr, so I need to know everything possible about Grimmjow. ^^
