Those are blueberries right? They look so real! I thought it was stock so when I saw the WIP I was surprised. The black and white version was good too!

If you want, I`ll give you a piece of advice how to study shading.
Take a picture | Open Photoshop | Desaturate (Ctrl+Shift+U) and study!
After, create a layer in color mode and make your picture colourful....

Absolutely beautiful. I can't imagine the patience needed for that amount of detail. You really achieved a great amount of textures to bring each individual aspect of the image to life, and the composition is lovely and simple. I think the blueberries came out the best and really pop in the picture, though everything else is superb too.
