excelente!! y un gran alivio no tener que explicarlo en ingles!!! em encanta enserio, acabo de empezar mi clase de fotografia en la universidad y me encnataria ir por esa direccion en cuanto a estilo! Me encanta witkin, es un genio!!! Por cierto.... no conoces de otro fotografo con un esitlo parecido? Es que tengo que hacer un trabajo peor ya use a witkin una vez.... asi que no puedo usarlo d enuevo! Y me estoy volviendo loca buscando algo parecido por lo menos.
Me encantan tambien las manchas rayone etc. Tambien como el rostro queda escondido, le da todvaia mas misterio!!

yeah sure. well i'm working on the whole body theme. its anatomy, flexibility, expression, limitatiosn etc.. So i started doing this sort of armours that would somehow restraint the body's expression. So i designed this sort of helmet made of an old bird cage, that would limit your face expressions by using this dentists hook attached to the mouth.
The funny thing is, that i was looking on a flea market for an old cage, when suddenly i found this old lady who had her store full of bird cages, but she sold none, because she didin't like birds to be caged. So insisted on buying one till we ended up talking about the words situation, globalization, etc... she started talking me about how she lived, her children etc... when she suddenly almost bursted into tears telling me hoy trapped she felt the way she was living, the poverty that sorrounded her, and how upset she was about how where the things going on, and that she would probably prefer to be dead. She loved life, but no the way she was living it.
So she finally said to me 'you're the only one who has listen to me this way, and i've never said something like this to anyone. you been a gift from god. and i want to thank you for that. you made my day..... pick the cage you want'. So she finally gave me the cage i'm wearing in the picture. which is very ironical. how a woman who felt so trapped and caged, gave me for free a bird cage to represent exactly what she was living in a sort of way.

That story you have shared with me is truly beautiful and amazing..It is stories like that that make me restore my faith in humanity and human connection....would you like to talk sometime?
