They are Dedan (the taller one) and Hugo Β from the video game OFF! They aren't really father and son but more friends (hence the title), but I wanted to use that little quote. (It's a meme sort of thing, haha. I'm a bit of a nerd.)
My personal headcanon is that Dedan is a kind of fatherly figure to him though. You should definitely give the game a try, it's very good!

It's a French indie game from 2013, for the PC. If you look into it it shouldn't be hard to find a (translated) download. It's free, too!

It's a very simple game, it won't take much to run as far as I'm aware! It's a pixel art style, and even a simple one by those standards. You can always watch a play through as well if you can't get it to work with your PC. I know there's plenty out there, it used to be very popular.
