That is a totes easy thing
I'll sketch the picture, on a new layer I slap on the shape of the Toko with the polygon tool (i hope it is called like this in english), and on all the layers behind the Toko I draw the shapes of the cave , each "segment" has its own layer, so it is easier in the last step when I throw in some shades and gradients for the lights ^^ The Toko gets its own shadow-layer and I just draw over its shape and then cut the spare shadow with help of the magic wand tool! ^^ I hope this helps a bit? ??? xD
