Cavalier is an interesting case of a villain. He was the last of the great Batman villains of the Golden Age before Riddler and Mad Hatter appeared and even then the Mad Hatter only appeared once and the Riddler only appeared twice and both weren't as popular as the Cavalier was back than and yet we barely know anything about him nowadays. I was basically inspired by how Cavalier looks like in the comics and also real world Cavaliers. I decided to give him the fleur-de-lis because it fits him very well and also gave him colors similar to the Cavalier outfits they used to wear.
Cavalier Fact: There's a second Cavalier named "Hudson Pyle" who's more of a vigilante superhero than a supervillain.
Cavalier is owned by DC Comics.
