Oh god these were good....I saw a photo of something like this on Pinterest or something and HAD to make them. I took them to a bake sale for Children's Miracle Network, sold them for a buck a piece. They were a hit!
Chocolate chocolate-chip cupcakes, "cookie dough" icing (basically cookie dough minus egg, add sweetened condensed milk) and half a soft chocolate chip cookie as garnish. *drool*
