Description
In an attempt to get back to my painting roots and practice the basics, I'm starting "a painting a day project". Inspired by Carol marine's book "Daily Painting" all paintings will be 10"x10" and limited to 1.5 hrs total work time.
This week I needed a little palette cleanser from the still life so I'm doing a little anatomy work... with feet, of course. Anyone who knows me is rolling their eyes right now because my love for feet is well documented.

My favorite of the three mostly because of the balancing of light and shadow across the piece and the definition of the "knuckles," if that's what you call them. All looking good though!
