Patchouli Knowledge is a very smart, anemic/asthmatic witch from the Scarlet Devil Mansion(Librarian and home tutor of the Scarlet sisters). Her daily wear consists of pink frilly night gowns with lots of ribbons
Her powers are based on the 7 Elements, parallel to the days of the week in the Japanese calendar. Some call her "One Week Wizard"Some people say that Yue Ayase(from Negima) is based from this girl because they have similar hairstyle and color, they both love books, and use magic

Patchouli Knowledge: Well, as it turns out, one of the strays cosmic soul got in contact with your brain, so your brain got scrambled, and you deluded yourself into thinking you were the One True Alice. But, thankfully, you are back to normal!
Marisa Kirisame: Woa, woa! Cosmic souls? Patchouli, what are you talking about?
Patchouli Knowledge: The...the cosmic souls...the ones that got released from Spoony's body...Marisa, don't you remember?
Marisa Kirisame: The last thing I remember was greeting Xegito after she came back to life...everything after that is a blank.
Tomoko Kuroki: WOOO-HOO! The world is safe!
*Marisa turns towards Tomoko*
Marisa Kirisame: And who the hell are you?
Tomoko Kuroki: Ummm...it's me, Tomoko.
*Marisa turns back towards Patchouli*
Marisa Kirisame: Patchouli, who is this weird creepy girl? What's she doing in Gensyoko?
*Patchouli sighs*
Patchouli Knowledge: You better sit down, this is gonna take a while...

Xegito: It's about the Universe Beta souls...
Komachi Onozuka: What about it?

Komachi Onozuka: After the Plot Hole absorbed our universe, and reality collided onto itself, the Underworld vanished, and so did Hades and Cerberus. Xegito: And Marisa?
Komachi Onozuka: Marisa's brain is no longer scrambled. She's back to normal now, and she has no memory of what happened this past month.
Xegito: So, that's it? I'm alone now, all alone in the universe, the last survivor of a parallel universe that nobody in this universe knows about?
*Xegito starts crying in sadness*
Komachi Onozuka: I never said you were alone. There is someone here who wants to greet you.
Xegito: Who?
Komachi Onozuka: Look for yourself.
*The One True Alice enters the room*
*Xegito stops crying immediately, runs towards the One True Alice, and hugs her in joy*
Xegito: Oh, Alice! My sweet, sweet Alice! I thought I'd never see you again!
The One True Alice: It's nice to see you too, Xegito! And don't worry, we'll have plenty of time to catch up!
Xegito: What do you mean?
The One True Alice: I'm the newest member of the extended Touhou family! I'm gonna be staying here, in Gensyoko!
Xegito: But, but...what about the War?
Komochi Onozuka: I guess she didn't hear the news...
Xegito: What news?
The One True Alice: Xegito, the Omega is dead! Cinema Snob killed her while rescuing Luke Mochrie! The War is over! Wonderland is at peace again!
Xegito: That's great news! With the Omega dead, Wonderland can go back to the way it used to be, before the War started, and you can finally rest!
The One True Alice: Exactly! That's why I now have all the time in the world to spend it with you!
Komochi Onozuka: So...how about we have tea?
