Description I forgot I had a couple of pics of this rather unusual little sports car. 252 Tickfords were built, and Salmon and Sons built the convertible top that gives the car it's "Drophead" designation.

1.3 liter engine based on Morris components produces about 50 HP and propels this little car to a top speed of 78 MPH. The car weighs about 1,800 pounds.

The top is unusual in that it can be set in three positions- Closed, DeVille (partially open as seen), or fully open. Also unusual for MG cars in this era are the roll up side windows.

According to the owners, the top is fully lined and easy to operate as well.
Taken at the 2013 Hershey Elegance. Enjoy!
