she loves animals, always has. But never did she think she'd have this little black pup following her home one day.
She has had him since a very young age, the puppy was cute and interesting to interact with at first. but as she grew so did the puppy.
It wanted attention, it wanted to be carried. It wanted to become a part of her.
It wispered strange and awfull things in her ear, kept her up at night with it's growling and howling.
It hindered her from living a life worth living. She often isolated herself and liked to sleep on the bed with her big black dog.
She hurt others and herself, even if she tried hard, not to.

It's beautiful! I really adore the smoky background , the parchment looks flawless and the girl looks pretty especially with that wonderful looking dress, but why does she have blood on her face? Is she a vampire?
All animals look cute when they are young but when they grow old they become boring. -_-; My cat just lies down, sleeps, eats and complains but I still love her.
The dog kinda reminds me of an character I have who is a demonic black dog known as Barghest (yeah that's very original. Heh. 
Although, I have to be honest, I thought the dog was a bear since his claws are more bear-like than dog-like. It's not until I read the title that I figured that it was a dog.

I usually paint blood from my characters faces often, indicating either mental suffering that shows on the outside like that, or fysical injury or a combo. It's how I roll.

We certainly do. I just wish she would stop meowing too much for food since she mostly wants treats rather than food and it's really not good for her.
Yeah, he does but his horns are small ones protruding from his forehead. His appearance is just an anthropomorphic black dog-like demon. He's also a recurring villain in a story I have.

I guess they're training us for when we have our own kids.
Maybe. I'm mostly concerned about the protagonists. One protagonist is a demon and the other is a young human, and I already gave them a personality and some characteristics now I'm working on their designs. The demon I might use another OC for it since I really liked it.

She kinda reminds me of Bellatrix Lestrange. Love the hair and her dark eyes and the dog looks awesome. And adding a bit of a story to it is a very nice touch
