Beautiful usage of the hue; blue. I'm not familiar with who he is, but I think you've got a good way of drawing characters. The way you color is amazing, and even if you change you're style, I think it's just another step artist's have to take to improve and get better.^^
The part that draws me in the most, I think, is the hair and eyes. Like always. They just have so much life! Beautifullu done.
