To be compared with old version, it has more lively expression to my mind, and eyes are so cute - I love shape, color, shading and pupils (aaaaw, all of this!).
Wings are good too, but maybe you'd try to detail them a bit more? Still, they're fine the way they are. ^___^ They don't distract from face, and I guess that I love face most of all on this picture.
