I like the contrast of dark and light; the frightening simplicity of it reminds me of one of his victims struggling to draw his likeness in their own blood, desperate to finish before he finishes them... or something like that.
It's a great example of how less can be more; you don't have to show a whole lot of gore, or the brutal deaths of his prey, and we still get the sense of terror that comes hand-in-hand with Slenderman.
It is very well done and I would always love to see more Slender art! Keep up the great work!

With this particular piece, I think changing it too much would do more harm than good. I really love the shadows on the darker red against the lighter, white background; like I said, it truly looks like Slender was painted in blood. It gives it a chilling effect that's both scary and subtle. So I wouldn't change any of the shading or the like.
It's a simple design, sure, but there isn't any need to get too extravagant with a piece such as this. I think the more you would add to it would only clutter it and take away from the subtlety of the horror :3
