Sometimes; I don't know why I try so hard. XD This is one of my favorite drawings by far, the outline just makes me squeal. C: And plus, I think it's the highest file size I've had so far: 4.52 MB!
So anyways, this is a Lampent. One of my favorites; but behind Chandelure on my list. Litwick is my fav in this evolution line though. C:

This has been bugging me for a while, what style do you do it, because you have a wierd texture over it, like all those almost transeparent lines on the background, how you get it like that?

Search up PaintToolSAI textures. The Layer textures allow me to make it all fancy like; this one being an Ice effect. C: Except I had to make this one myself; look around SAI's folders and you'll find what I'm talking about.
