But Walter is so badass! Even if you don't like his shift in allegiance, you have to admit, it was a pretty epic battle against Alucard.

True. But I don't like him because I think his reason for betraying hellsing is stupid and also because he killed Yumie.

True true. But when he was a butler, he was just the greatest badass. Besides, he's unequivocally better than Sebastain in straight-up combat. Far faster and Hellsing vampires are far superior to most Black Butler creatures and such.
