aside from the hair waving in the wind, it looks completely real.
for the hair, try layer masking on the cutout of the model and then using a black brush with low opacity (like 15%) over the edges of her hair.
what I am suggesting here is like erasing except it is nondescructive. You may know about layer masking, switch to the opposite color, white, and color back over the areas you have 'erased' and it will reappear'.
another advantage of this is that since you will be clicking alot to brush away the hair and make it more seamless, the History will quickly fill up with brush strokes and will be unreliable for fixing things. such as if you were using an eraser.
