~Ah, finally I got Zapdos' pre-evolution finnished! So here is Voltnii. The consept of his existance (for me) started back in grade school. I had a really weird dream about a Zapdos egg being captured by mad scientists.Voltnii is part of Sub-Project Menagerie, a part of Project TWOPM.

Zapdos, just like the other two Bird Legendaries, has a specific name pattern that I adopted for its pre evo. Instead of Zap, I used Volt. Instead of Dos (two in spanish) I used Nii (two in japanese but I think spelt wrong.... )
Technically, it needs the harmony flute to evolve. But when I originally thought of this little guy, mad scientists of Team Rocket were trying to evolve it through means of electrocution. Not fun.
