Azurpent, the Spirit of Spring and the cardinal East. It is able to grow trees through sheer willpower, and it is said that the person who lives where it grows a large tree is guaranteed great crops throughout life.Something that's been bothering me...black and white are dramatic and stuff, but don't they fall flat next to colors like "azure" and "vermilion"? Of course they're just shades of blue and red, but they sound a lot more impressive than "black" and "white". "Azure Dragon" has far more of an appeal to the ears than "Black Tortoise". I don't have a name for the tortoise, but the tiger is PLATIGER since "platinum" is another fancy-sounding color. "Isabelline" is another one, but that can't be portmanteau'd with "tiger". I have a theme going here.

The colors in this is are gorgeous. They're so nostalgic... I think I used to have a toy treehouse land thing that had these same colors.

great sprite, well executed concept, although i think the blue clashes with the green and brown quite a lot.
weather you turn it more violet or more aquamarineish would work either way, i think.
